My wife and I have been looking for a cottage for a couple of years now and have missed out on a few properties and we were still looking.
When we saw this property for sale I called Joanne  and I expressed our intertest and how important it was for us to be first in to make an official offer. She met us on site early the next day and we made an offer the same night and it was accepted within 24 hours.
One thing I really learned dealing with Joanne is that she is very professional, prompt and knows her clients and properties well.
Once our original offer was accepted, a few inspections were required and all those contacts were made available to us by Joanne and they were all very professional,  helpful
