Joanne, mother of two, has lived in Val-des-Monts since 1985. After working in the nursing profession, a new challenge was calling, one which would allow her to work in her own community.

It was in 1989 that she discovered her passion for real estate. This new career path was her perfect match, fulfilling her wish to work with the public. She began as a real estate agent at Royal Lepage in Gatineau, specializing in home sales in Val-des-Monts. Through perseverance and ambition, and a desire to learn all that encompassed the real estate business, she was soon recognized as an expert reference in the sale of properties in Val-des-Monts. Over the years, she has become a leader in the real estate business, receiving several honorary mentions and certificates, which highlight her high degree of excellence.

In 1994, after graduating as a licensed real estate broker, she launched her own brokerage firm named « Les Services immobiliers de la Blanche », the only one located in Val-des-Monts. Marcel Périard, also an affiliated real estate agent, joined her in 2000. They entered into a partnership in 2003 and bought the Caisse Populaire de Val-des-Monts building. Located in the heart of Perkins, at 1739 Route du Carrefour, the building became their head office, and is now known as the CAVDM, (Carrefour des Affaires de Val-des-Monts). As their client base grew, the firm’s administrative responsibilities, became increasingly demanding. Consequently, in 2004, Joanne and Marcel entered into partnership with Royal Lepage Vallée de l’Outaouais, where Joanne remains real estate broker in the CAVDM satellite office.

Sadly, her friend and partner Marcel passed away in February 2012. He was a great visionary, with special ties and deeply devoted to his community. In memory and recognition of Marcel, Joanne has dedicated a space to him in the heart of the CAVDM. 

In 2012, Joanne’s daughter Annick Fleury, real estate broker, young entrepreneur and dynamic business woman, joined her. In 2013, her husband Benoit Gaudreault, real estate broker, joined Joanne and Annick, forming a powerful, multidisciplinary real estate team. www.fleuryteam.ca.
